RMMA
Established in March 2021, Real Movement & Martial Arts is a welcoming community led by owner and head instructor Joey Diehl, a lifelong martial artist and second-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu proudly earned under Jeff Curran. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone can benefit from training—whether through martial arts, movement, or fitness.
In addition to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts training, we offer yoga, group fitness, and HIIT classes to support strength, mobility, and overall wellness. We believe training is about more than physical skill—it's a path to resilience, confidence, and community.
At Real Movement & Martial Arts, people of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where members can learn, grow, and challenge themselves both on and off the mats. Come train with us and experience what makes our community special!
