Established in March 2021, we are a welcoming community led by owner and head instructor, Professor Joey Diehl, a dedicated life-long martial artist with a second-degree black belt in Jiu-Jitsu. proudly earned under Jeff Curran.

Academy Rules & Etiquette
Students & Spectators:
Students are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene (including trimmed nails), wear a clean uniform, and use clean equipment. If you are not feeling well or have a skin infection, we ask that you take care of yourself and other students by refraining from training until you are healthy.
Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entering the academy. We ask that you bring a set of indoor shoes to be worn when off the mat or using the restroom. No shoes are allowed on the mat with the exception of wrestling shoes.
Be on time for class – if you are late, do not step onto the mat until you are acknowledged by an instructor.
Jewelry and watches must be removed prior to training.
Do not chew gum, eat food, or drink beverages other than water on the mat.
Spectators and students should silence their phones while class is in session.
Use respectful language.
Students nor spectators should engage in distracting behaviors while the instructor is teaching.
Parents are encouraged to be spectators and observe all kids classes. For concentration and safety purposes, we ask that you refrain from coaching or yelling while class is in session.
Clean up after yourself before leaving the academy. If you participate in the last class of the day, please work as a team with your fellow students to clean up the academy.
